How I Work

I offer private online sessions, as well as workshops and group learning experiences.

Coaching is not prescriptive—what supports one person may not support another. That’s why each session is entirely tailored to you, in the moment, on that day.

​

For over 20 years, I’ve been deeply committed to my own exploration and growth. Alongside my life and breath coach training, I draw from both Western and Eastern traditions, blending scientific, practical, and spiritual approaches. Every tool I use is one I trust wholeheartedly—methods that have shaped my own journey and created real transformation for my clients.

I believe in staying open, adaptable, and client-guided in every session, always exploring new pathways for growth. This work is about meeting you where you are, listening deeply, and guiding you toward the radiant life that is already yours.

Breath Coaching as a Game-Changer

It’s not just about breathing—it’s about creating safety in your body, quieting the chaos, and reconnecting to yourself. The breath is one of the most powerful and simple tools we have to regulate the nervous system. It’s also how we begin to listen to our bodies, to hear what has been silenced, and to rebuild trust within ourselves. I believe nervous system regulation is essential for making real, lasting change in our lives.​​

When you begin to listen to yourself—really listen—everything shifts. The world isn’t afraid of tired women; it’s afraid of women who think for themselves, feel their feelings, and trust their own experience and knowing. Women who trust themselves. That’s exactly what I guide women to do. Trust themselves.

Rewriting Your Stories

I’m not good enough. I don’t have a choice. I have nothing to say. I can’t change my situation.

Together, we’ll gently unpick your narratives, validate the emotions behind them, and rewrite them into something powerful and true. And in time, with practice, we’ll integrate them—until they are no longer just stories, but a new way of being.

Humans come from the same source that made butterflies, sunsets, the ocean, stars, planets. The epic power that lies within each of us is endless and unfathomable. To know that is to begin the exploration of what it means to be human and how we can play with the time we have here, in these bodies, on this earth. Oh the possibilities!

Our bodies, emotions and hearts carry so many messages. We all have many parts, and they all need listening to. Suppression in any form is the root of negativity, illness and limitation. Learning to listen to all the parts of yourself is at the core of what it takes to be free and live your most radiant life. You are the wisest person in your life, begin to treat yourself that way. 

Spirituality has an important place

Whether you feel moved and connected through the magic of a group sporting event, a concert, a sermon or meditation, it doesn't matter. These moments of connection, of oneness, of bliss, are vitally important in supporting us on our own designated paths. Connecting to that source, however you do it, brings us closer to our True selves.

Big changes start with the smallest actions. Each tiny step creates momentum, adding up to something far greater than it seems in the moment. By staying present and following your energy, you flow with life rather than struggling against it. Over time, these small actions reveal just how far you’ve come—unlocking a life filled with ease, joy, and possibility. Starting small to grow into our vastness.

Life isn’t about arriving; it’s about evolving. Seeing life as practice gives us permission to experiment, make mistakes, and grow. There’s no need to be perfect or have all the answers. Practice invites curiosity and play, turning each moment into an opportunity to learn. By showing up consistently, we create lives rich with meaning and joy.

To move through life as a floodlight of love is to exist in openness, engagement and awe. Coaching offers a space of warmth and true companionship. We are not meant to navigate this journey alone. To be deeply witnessed with attention and care is one of the purest forms of love, and love has the power to move mountains. At its core, my work is about love—most importantly, the self-love that transforms everything.
